Clear information about your data
Privacy, data use and terms
Family Safe VPN uses connection information and each protected computer’s own security state to keep your family’s devices protected. This page explains what is kept, what is shared and what the service does not promise.
What security records contain
Readable records include the names each device looks up and the addresses it connects to. They are linked to your account and device. They do not contain page contents or full web addresses.
A DNS request does not prove a page visit, and collection can have gaps.
How security records are used
These records are used for security work and to improve detection. They support the security indicators and evidence you can review for your devices.
How long records are kept
Readable records of device lookups and connections are kept for 90 days. Daily per-device summaries are kept for 13 months.
Who can access readable records
The service owner can read these records for security work.
What a Windows PC shares
Every fifteen minutes a protected PC reports its own security state. Whether antivirus and the firewall are on, how current Windows is, whether the drive is encrypted, whether remote desktop is on, and where its lookups go. It also reports notable changes, such as a new program starting with Windows, a new trusted certificate, a remote control tool, a new USB device, an open or look alike Wi-Fi network, and a Bluetooth tracker that keeps appearing as the PC moves between places.
It never reports files, browsing, passwords, the computer’s name, who is signed in, or another person’s device address. The latest state and 90 days of changes are kept and removed with the device. Removing the program from the PC stops the reporting.
What we do not promise
Known malicious domain blocking and optional ad and tracker filtering do not catch every threat, ad or tracker. Security indicators help you review unusual activity. They do not diagnose a compromised device or remove viruses or spyware, and tracker and network alerts follow published designs and can be wrong. Screen time controls, location tracking and child monitoring are not included. No service guarantees safety or anonymity.
One operator, a shared service
Family Safe VPN and Only Unlisted are operated by Statecraft Examiners LLC. Account sign-in, PayPal checkout and support use the shared Only Unlisted platform. PayPal and installed profiles may show the operator or Only Unlisted identity.
Existing account brands, subscriptions and plans do not change when you visit another brand website.

Website statistics
We use first-party random browser identifiers for up to 90 days to count visits, page labels, referral websites and broad device and browser types on our websites and portal. We use local IP-location data to estimate visitors’ country and state or region and identify their network provider, without retaining their IP address or exact location in website statistics. Signed-in portal activity is linked to your account and is visible only in the owner console. We do not send these statistics or visitor IP addresses to a third-party analytics service.
